An electronic state and reaction of the excited species generated by laser beam irradiation (elements are radical, cluster) are being elucidated. A reaction necessary to establishment of a prediction model and the inspection and accumulation of spectroscopy data will do clear the miscellaneous problems concerned with physical-chemistry (It reacts to spectra.) and atmospheric chemistry from the view point of basic science to the future of unknown discovery of light reaction, mechanism elucidation, application of laser spectra and atmospheric composition fluctuation. A recent study example is recorded below. The spectrum and dynamics of an optical excitation molecule of basic small molecule are being checked. The optical prohibition position predicted by theory up to now was caught by an experiment and its molecular structure was made clear for the first time by nitrogen dioxide. The complicated molecular motion which is acetylene and happens on the energy phase of the neighborhood where I show a cis-trans isomerizaton reaction was analyzed like spectroscopy. FeC and FeN where the existence is expected at a space succeeded in radical 2 atoms spectrum measurement including a transition metal. Basic optical excitation made the radical spectrum and dynamics clear Ben Jill and ketyl. The OH radical measurement method, the most important in atmospheric chemistry, is being developed and also unsolved material conversion process is being elucidated by atmospheric chemistry. The ionic liquid, which is an unusual liquid salt at room temperature, is made solvent, and laser spectrum and a pulsed ESR observation of short life chemical intermediate are being performed aiming at explication of the new photochemical dynamics to which a strong medium brings a high ion strenght and high viscosity.

Studies are conducted with autonomy in the free atmosphere.
