   For undergrad students in Department of Chemisty, School of Science, at Tokyo Institute of Technology,
     you can choose Yamashita-Morimoto group for your graduation research.
     moving from other groups is also welcome.

   For students of other universities,
     please find the following information to enter our graduate school.

     You can also apply for JSPS program.
     Research Fellowships for Young Scientist ("DC1", 2 to 3 years, 200,000yen/month)
     please ask your supervisor to contact Prof. Yamashita or Prof. Morimoto,
     deadline for application is 1 year before the enrollment to graduate school

   For students to be finishing Ph.D. or people possessing Ph.D. degree,
     Send an email to Prof. Yamashita or Prof. Morimoto with mentioning what projects in this group you are interested in.
     If there is no such information in the email, the email will be thrown away.
     You can also apply for the following three JSPS programs.
     1. Reserach Fellowships for Young Scientist ("PD", up to 3 years, 362,000yen/month)
     (need Japanese nationality or parmanent regident status)
     deadline for application is 1 year before the starting date
     2. Postdoctoral Fellowships for Foreign Researchers (Standard, 1-2 years, 362,000yen/month)
     deadline for application is 5 months before the starting date (twice per year)
     3. Postdoctoral Fellowships for Foreign Researchers (Short-Term, 1-12 months, 362,000yen/month)
     (for the people from US, canada, EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, and Russia)
     deadline for application is 4 to 6 months before the starting date (six times per year)
     These latter two programs also provide
      a round-trip ticket to and from Japan
      a settling-in allowance of 200,000yen
      overseas travel accident and sickness insurance coverage

   2-Months Summar Program provided by JSPS
     candidates must
      be a graduate student or hold Ph.D. received within 6 years
      be a citizen or permanent resident of the US, the UK, France, Germany or Canada
